Tom has 25 years’ experience working in commercial operations and growth. He began his career in strategy consulting with EY & Gemini consulting before moving to NTL (Virgin Media) to lead the switch from Dial-up to Broadband across the UK. Over the past 15 years Tom has worked with PE companies and management teams to identify and size growth opportunities and put in place the commercial building blocks to drive success. His areas of expertise include commercial strategy, sales & marketing effectiveness, price & margin optimisation and business critical transformation.
Nathan is an experienced pricing and commercial consultant. He began his career with Strategy& before joining Whitbread and later working independently to specialise in pricing strategy. He has partnered with private equity firms and in-house clients across SaaS, retail, transport and hospitality, leading pricing transformations that have generated multi-million pounds in profit. His expertise includes value-based pricing, price optimisation, packaging design and discount management, with a proven record of driving EBITDA growth and strengthening commercial performance.
Natasha has 20 years’ experience leading large-scale transformations across various industries and geographies. Having been trained in change management methodologies at KPMG and Deloitte, she led transformation programmes at organisations including GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, AXA PPP, Whitbread, Tesco, Diageo, The Crown Estate and York Minster Cathedral. As a Transformational Change Consultant at Royal Dutch Shell, Natasha won the 2019 Global EVP Award for Agility and Resilience, out of over 100 nominations. She holds an MSc Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics and is an Associate member of CIPD UK.
Vishal started his career with Strategy& having graduated from Warwick with a 1st class degree in Economics. He has worked on a wide variety of commercial due diligence projects supporting consultancies such as LEK, CIL and Teneo, and his skills span market assessments, profitability analysis and data analytics. His projects include building a profitability model for a global car leasing business to support decision making based on car category, premium status and lead type. He also built out the 3 year value creation plan for Virgin Experience Days (a PE backed business).
